Vote Sandra Celedon for CA Assembly District 31

Sandra Celedon knows what it’s like to work your way up from the fields to the middle class. Sandra grew up in Fresno County’s Calwa neighborhood, where her immigrant parents taught her the values of hard work and helping others succeed. Guided by those lessons, she has worked to strengthen Fresno County’s local economy, expand access to healthcare, and brought millions of dollars to support career training programs, local parks and trails, and afterschool art programs. Meet Sandra

Sandra is the daughter of Mexican immigrants who began their lives in the U.S. as farm workers, searching for better jobs and a brighter future. Her father worked in a shingle manufacturing warehouse, her mother cleaned hotel rooms, and provided in-home supportive services. Their hard work allowed them to save enough money to buy a home in Calwa, a small unincorporated community south of downtown Fresno, where Sandra was raised and lived for over 34 years. Sandra has spent her life living and working in Assembly District 31 and is a proud graduate of Fresno State.
